I received this book from Japan today. It's quite the picture book for a bento fan like myself. It's written in Japanese, so my guess is that each bento entry is associated with a train station and has a list of contents. Notice the little picture underneath the big picture. I think that is the entire package as it is when purchase.
So cute! I feel like traveling around Japan by train to sample each bento.
Hi Judy! I have a similar, beautifully produced guide to the wonderful and varied (!) train bentos of Japan...and it made me want to take a long vacation designed around eating them...how fun would THAT be?!
