Oven baked chicken pieces with walnuts and mixed greens on one side, and bibb, carrots, and grape tomatoes with blue cheese dip on the other.
Spring weather came back to the Central Coast of California. Yay!

a week and a 1/2 ago we had 3" of snow, this week 75+°! Crazy Alaska weather. Glad to have some sun and warmth finally. Trees are budding and grass is starting to turn green. There is hope for summer after all. :)
